I do realise that it has been ages since I update anything on dA really.

University has been taking all my time, with courswork and nights out. lol.

Come June time all my work will be handed in, so I shall be uploading work.

It will be stuff from all my projects; from my documentary work, to my Time project, Narrative project, Surface and Depth project, Poster project and Object, Environment project (who said Photogrpahy lecturers gave us broad projects.... -rolls eyes-)

But yeah, you'll see a bit of work from each of these projects.

This was just to let anyone who cared know, that 1)I'm not dead, 2)I havent left dA and 3) I havent been uploading because of the work load, not becasue I havent been doing it!

Well, I'm not really sure how to explain the last three months of university.
If I had to put it into one word I can honestly say that word would be amazing. My life has changed so much in the last three months and it feels great. I'm not a fan of change, but everything that has happened has been incredible.
I've made some awesome friends, that make me laugh and smile and keep me positive.
I've also snagged myself a boyfriend LOL. He deffinately makes me very happy.
I get on well with all the people I live with in my flat and the campus is lovely (apart from the odd noise issue with the upstairs neighbours!!!)
And what of the course I'm doing, Photographic Practice? Well, I really enjoy it.
It's such an incredible learning curve that I feel is doing me the world of good. There are a few projects, but already I've managed to get two done and an 800 and 1500 word essay! So it's going well. It took me a while. but I'm finally organised! I've already worked with 8 x 10 large format cameras, medium format as well as 35mm. There was a workshop on split grain printing, which was helpful. I'm still working digitally for some projects aswell.
The reason why I havent uploaded anything new, is simpley becasue I havent gotten round to it yet and I can't say for sure when I will.
I just thought it was about time I let anyone who cared know I'm still alive and getting on fine!
Well I'm home for three weeks over christmas then I shall be back and working hard to do the best I can!

It's been simply amazing.
Freshers week is possibly the best week of any university students life!!!
I feel gutted for being so nervous. I've made so many friends and been out to so many evenings at the SU bar I'm almost dead from lack of sleep, but it is so worth it!
I have some lovely room mates, and the campus I live on is like a community, its fantastic.
I am a little nervous about starting my lectures tomorrow, but one of my room mates is on the same course as me so at least we have each other.
I enjoy cooking my own meals and basically doing anything I like and being out as late as I want!
University life it the bees knees, hahahaaaaaaaaa!!!

of my life will begin tomorrow - because tomorrow is the day I leave home and move away to university.
It is a terrifying prospect, and I'm am so scared and sad to be leaving all my family and friends behind, but it is a time to become more independant and make more friends.
Well, I will let you all know when I've settled in.
But hey, when I start my course I will have lots of different and new work to show you all...it's about time I did something new.
I have to go and finish packing all my things away.
